Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help with refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, incorrect items, or if you are unsatisfied with the product.
  • Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied with the product.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at clientservices@nonpareilskincare.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or refund requests made after the 30-day refund period. 

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
