- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied with the product.

- Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items marked as final sale or refund requests made after the 30-day refund period.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
